What are your shipping options?
We generally ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. However, imported items may be shipped with an international carrier.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the item ordered, typically, it takes 4-8 business days to receive your order. However, some of our more products may take longer. The estimated delivery times are included in each listing. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.


How to track my order?
This depends on the carrier your item is shipped with. You will be emailed a tracking number when one is available. Unless stated otherwise, you can track your orders at our Tracking page https://17track.net/en.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item with a different item or the same item with a different size/color. The quickest way to receive your exchange is to place the order for the new item after the return has been approved. See detailed policy here.


Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are not shipping internationally. We expect to add international shipping in the near future.
